Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA)

If you purchase digital guides as a consumer (not for business use), services and digital products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the failure.

Digital guide refunds

If you have not downloaded or accessed files, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us with your name, email used at purchase, and order reference.

Technical access issues

If you cannot access purchased content due to a fault on our side, we will provide a replacement link or refund after verifying the issue.

Business purchases

CGA guarantees may not apply where the Fair Trading Act excludes them for business acquisitions. Contract terms on your invoice prevail for organisational licences.
